Requirements

Schlotzksy's is seeking out highly-motivated individuals for franchise opportunities who are passionate about owning their own business and creating lasting memories for their customers, as well as becoming an integral part of the community in which they serve.

Our current franchise partners are a mix of individual franchise owner/operators as well as multi-unit owners and developers. Our franchising program and support we provide are geared to both the individual single unit owner as well as those that are looking to own multiple Schlotzsky's restaurants.

Minmum Financial Requirements:

$300,000 liquid assets
$1,000,000 total net worth

Franchisee Profile:

Knowledge of the market
Business and P&L Management Experience
Experience managing people, relationships
Hands-On attitude and involved in the day-to-day management of business
Food service experience ideal, but not required
Passion for the brand, the products and the people
